Repurposing: The Console

My clients often ask if they can keep an existing piece of furniture, and, if so how exactly to repurpose it so that it works with the new design scheme. While I occasionally have to reject some pieces that simply aren't right for one reason or another, I always try to retain existing pieces that are in good condition. Here is an example of an older piece of furniture that I repurposed in my bedroom in order for it to be more functional.
